The children took a long lunch today but we still got some work done.
Caitlyn completed lesson 47! This week do lessons 48, 49 – they are reviews. Then at the next class you can start a new level !! Choose a favourite song to play. Hooray!
Maran did lesson 26 with no difficulties. This week she’s planning on doing 27 – 29 : these are review lessons. If you feel comfortable with these, you can start a new level at the next class. Great work!
Sarina is working on lesson 53. The “woodpecker” metronome makes songs difficult. Don’t worry about him – just play without the woodpecker. REMEMBER – DON’T GUESS AT THE NEXT NOTE!! think first and then play 
Sarina asked to learn a new song with just her left hand. She would like to play it for the class next week. You sound great !
Luke is working on lesson 11. Before you play, make an invisible ball with your hand and then place your hand on the keyboard. Make sure each finger is on a different key. Then leave it there! That way, when you are asked to play with your 3rd finger, you’ll be playing the correct note. If you take your hand away, you won’t play the correct note. I know this is hard – but you’re doing very well
Sophie completed lesson 49. Next class she’ll start a new level! Sophie loves finding new songs to play. Great work!
