The end of our semester is around the corner.
I want to thank all of you for giving me the opportunity to spend time with, and get to know your children.
I have learned a lot about them and what makes each of them special. They are funny, smart, caring and deeply feeling children.  I’ve seen them serious and focused,  laughing and silly, sad and troubled and just plain grouchy – and sharing all of this has created a close and supportive group.
I hope the children have enjoyed our classes as much as I have.
Next week (June 17) is our last class and we are inviting you to come and share some of what we’ve learned this year.
At 12:30 on Monday each of the children will share something they have prepared.
We will be done around 1:00.
I realize that coming to the school at 12:30 may not be possible for you.
The following is a reminder of what the children have chosen to present.
At our class this week we all played for each other and we sounded wonderful!  I was so proud.
THERE ARE A FEW CHANGES SINCE THE LAST BLOG!
Caitlyn will play “Bingo”  (CMJ 2 -Songs with low G)  OR “Up from C”  (songs with CDE)
Maren : Catch me if you Can  (CMJ 2-Right Hand)
Sarina : Go Tell Aunt Rhody (CMJ 2 -Songs with high F)
Simon : Walzing Mathilda (CMJ 2 – songs with eighth notes)
Luke : Tell us interesting things about Beethoven
Sophie: Allouette  (CMJ 2 -Songs with High G)

Hope to see you on Monday!
